Here’s what you get:

• In-home Meeting – At this meeting we will discuss your style, your wants and needs, and a seasoned designer will be taking measurements of your space – unless you are able to provide scaled blueprint drawings. You should plan a 60-90 minutes.
• Design Review – This meeting takes place at House of Design, 4-6 weeks after our initial meeting. You should plan for 2 hours, where you will receive the following items:
• Full Access to your Project – You will receive an invitation to log-in to our design portal, MyDoma. This platform gives you a well-organized place to visit that allows you to stay current with information involving your project. This will always be available to you to refer to.
• Interactive Floor Plans - Navigate your future space effortlessly with a detailed floor plan, outlining spatial arrangements and furniture sizes, furniture placement, and optimizing traffic flow for ultimate functionality.
• Mood Board - Immerse yourself in the design journey through visually captivating mood boards, unveiling the color schemes, textures, and decor elements that will set the perfect tone.
• Material & Finish Suggestions - Indulge your senses with tangible samples of suggested materials, fabrics, and finishes, allowing you to feel the textures and witness the quality firsthand.
• Color Pallet - Discover design harmony as we present a cohesive color palette tailored to your preferences, seamlessly blending with the overarching theme of your envisioned space. This will include an interior paint schedule for the spaces indicated in advance, if needed.
• Furniture Suggestions - Explore suggested style and selection of furniture pieces, lighting fixtures, and some decor items meticulously chosen to enhance and complete the overall design concept. With specific sizes noted for your shopping ease. You will recieve a list of items accessible in MyDoma of furniture pieces selected from your designer, that you can purchase online at your own time and your own pace.
• Standard Measurements for Design – Receive a package of forms that show you information with detailed installation guides for furniture, lighting, artwork, and window treatments. It provides information on precise measurements and where to hang items. Detailed answers to questions you have always wanted to know or did not realize you needed to know until now!
