Here’s what you get:
• In-home Meeting - At this meeting we will discuss your style, your wants and needs, and our seasoned designer will be taking measurements of your space. You should plan on a 60-90 minute meeting.
• Design Review – This meeting takes place at House of Design, 5-7 weeks after our initial meeting. You should plan for 2 hours, where you will receive the following items:
• Full Access to your Project – You will receive an invitation to log-in to our design portal, MyDoma. This platform gives you a well-organized place to visit that allows you to stay current with information involving your project. This will always be available to you to referrance.
• Interactive Floor Plans - Detailed plans to optimize space, functionality, and flow, giving you a roadmap for your project.
• 3D High-Definition Renderings - detailed and realistic images created using computer graphic software showing multiple perspectives, ensuring a holistic understanding of the proposed design.
• Cabinet Nomenclature - This is the system or way in which cabinets are labeled for function and location, allowing anyone to quote your job efficiently.
• Material & Finish Suggestions – Explore a curated mood board featuring material and finish suggestions, guiding you towards the aesthetic direction you desire.
• Fixture Recommendations – Receive expert advice on fixture selections, providing insights into elements that will complement and enhance your space.
• Standard Measurements for Design – Receive a package of forms that show you information with detailed installation guides for furniture, lighting, artwork, window treatments, and more. It provides information on precise measurements and where to hang items. Detailed answers to questions you have always wanted to know or did not realize you needed to know until now!
